~Alek~

Yuli: Alek’s boyfriend. He helped Alek a lot and got him to vent about his problems, along with feeling wanted. They currently both work for River, although Yuli’s job is more secretarial. They are planning to get their own place soon and move in together. They also plan to raise Briar together.

Briar: A young (about 2 years old) demon, Yuli found him while out hunting with Krigar. Both of his parents had been killed, so Yuli brought him back home. He and Alek are currently looking for any other relatives, but they haven’t been having much luck. If they don’t anyone, they plan to raise him themselves. So far they’ve discovered he has a gift with controlling and talking to plants.

Lauren: A friend of Alek’s who he once considered dating; she works with him and was the one to first get him interested in the job. Things were a little awkward at first, but lately she seems to like Caligo. By now, they’re pretty much best friends, even if Alek’s a bit suspicious over how obsessed she is with Yuli.

Sapphire: Sapphire is his ex-girlfriend. They have a child together named Rose. Their relationship was…complicated. Alek viewed it as only for Rose and frequently slept with other people. Sapphire didn’t view Alek as being permanent enough of a figure (as a mortal) to really try to get he and Rose to have any sort of relationship. She celebrated when he moved out. In at least one timeline, she’s tried to kill Alek, and in at least one, she is dead.

Mikael: Though originally they were best friends, Alek then cheated on Sapphire with Mikael. After much drama, they eventually ended up being together, only for Mikael to kill himself. He was brought back to life as a vampire with no memory of his previous life, except some small details about their relationship. Things went pretty well, until Alek turned into a vampire (via Sapphire), and accidentally killed Mikael out of thirst. He still occasionally feels guilty about it, but he tries to focus on the present and future instead.

Rose: Alek’s half-vampire daughter, she grew up to 16 in about a year. They got along pretty well when she was younger, but later she was kidnapped. She got back right a day after Alek had become a vampire, and they ended up getting in a fight where she stabbed Alek.

Viper: She is yet another person he once cheated on his girlfriend with. He considered her a good friend afterwards. She has been there for him when he was upset and through the bad times. He hasn’t seen her in a long time, but he still misses her a bit.

~Caligo~

Lauren: Lauren is Caligo’s girlfriend, though so far they’re still a bit awkward with each other. As this is Caligo’s first time in a relationship, that phase may last a while.

Krigar: His weapon (like in Soul Eater). They met when Caligo was being attacked by a much more powerful demon, and she saved his life. They currently live together in Caligo’s apartment.

Yuli: Caligo isn’t particularly close with Yuli, but he’s good friends with both Lauren and Krigar, so they do talk occasionally. Considering that he isn’t all that close with most people, he’s willing to say he and Yuli are pretty good friends.

Alek: The first time they met, Alek was under a spell that made him a kitten. Since then, they talk off and on, but again they aren’t best buddies or anything. He did get the apartment from him, though, so that got them talking some. When answering questions and not in an actual RP, he’s occasionally a bit jealous of Alek because his name’s in the url.

Caold: He’s only recently met this demon, and at the moment they’re having lunch.

Cloud: This would be Caligo’s neighbor as well as one of the few humans he has talked to in a long while. They are both quite awkward around each other.
